Our threat detection platform for factories and critical infrastructure defends the modern world against criminals and nation-states that target SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and ICS (Industrial Control Systems).     About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a unique blend of customer support and project management expertise to join our team as an Engagement Manager. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of projects supporting our customer base. You will own the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, and delivery. You will engage directly with customers to provide support, capture feedback, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and expand our presence within their organizations. The ideal candidate understands fast moving organizations and brings a low-ego hyper focused approach in supporting customer success.

    What You Will Do

    * You will oversee customer onboarding, execute business reviews, and manage long term health of the customer base. You will own day to day delivery and manage project timelines and customer deliverables.

    * Own customer engagements and work closely with cross functional teams to track utilization of project resources and scope against statements of work.

    * Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties through clear project roadmaps, frequent project updates, and risk identification. Regularly report on project status and provide line of sight on challenges and barriers our customers are facing.

    * Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations, including scoping, planning, tracking, risk management, and status updates. Synthesize technical concepts and strategic goals into tangible project plans.

    * Manage the long-term health of the customer by identifying and preempting areas of risk or concern. Create an effective feedback loop between the customer team and our engineering team.

    Who You Are

    * 4+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience with a strong understanding of customer management principles and practices.

    * Proven capability to foster and manage successful relationships with senior stakeholders. You know how to help customers manage expectations and achieve successful outcomes.

    * Operational mindset and drive to get things done. Comfortable project managing, multitasking, and prioritizing without guidance. You are detail oriented and love managing projects to ensure positive outcomes for your customers.

    * Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management, escalations, executive communication, and leadership skills.

    Bonus Points

    * You enjoy solving problems, and are an early adopter of new technologies.

    * When it comes to problem solving, we like people who are able to diagnose problems from first principles, enabling them to build solutions that address the need, not just the ask.

    * Startup experience and an understanding of zero to one is a big advantage.

    * Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).

    Location

    The Galvanick team is based in Seattle. Given that we are an early-stage startup working on an exceptionally hard problem, we expect new team members to be in office. We are happy to cover relocation expenses.
