Retirement Community church seeks part time (average 20 hours per week)

Marketing Communications Coordinator to develop comprehensive strategies to effectively distribute information about the church across all channels of communication:
digital, advertising, and promotional materials.

Will work collaboratively with ministry leaders to identify methods and strategies for internal and external communications that attract and engage the target audience:
Baby Boomers ages 55 to 75.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience that illustrates the ability to perform duties of the position; minimum of three years' experience in website/social media management; strong communication/ copywriting skills; ability to communicate effectively with baby boomers through digital and traditional methods; advanced knowledge of digital media, building audiences online in multiple social media platforms.

ability to create and deliver content (text, images, video), high attention to detail; ability to direct successful strategic marketing communications and brand management activities with a marketing-for-ministry-mindset; self-motivated, results-oriented, and experienced in multi-tasking; willing to commit extra effort to ensure success.
