Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly, depending on qualifications and experience
Welcome! The Human Resource (HR) Office invites you to apply for an exciting opportunity focused on employee engagement and retention efforts within compliance management and service to the College. As a vital part of the College's structure, the HR office handles various HR functions including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee/labor relations, training, and employment law compliance. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager will spearhead the College's initiatives for employment equity, increased employee engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work priorities, balancing employee-centric service with legal compliance. This role involves supervising a team of 4 employees within an 11-member HR unit.
