    • Review and post factory invoices to the general ledger* Reconcile AR accounts* Create and post adjusting journal entries* Maintain and distribute AR accounting schedules* Research and post returned checks and credit card chargebacks* Prepare accounting schedules for month end close* Interact with management personnel for fixed operations* Process refund checks for fixed operations* Uphold strong intercompany relationships for fixed operations activitiesRequirements:* High school diploma* Genuine desire to serve* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products* Experience in accounts receivable* Organization and attention to detail* Ability to work independently* Strong attention to processes and systems* CDK software experience preferredBenefits:* Competitive starting compensation* Continuous education opportunities* World class training and associate development* 401(k) with company match starting on day one* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Tuition reimbursement for qualifying associates* Company paid short term disability* Life insurance and long term disability optionsSewell Automotive Companies maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates and applicants of employment.
