    The Marketing Department:
    The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek's business verticals.

    We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek's products and services.

    The Career Opportunity:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

    In this role, you will play a key part in consolidating our marketing technology stack post-merger, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, and providing ongoing support for our marketing efforts.

    You will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and Salesforce admins to streamline workflows, set up reporting for campaign measurement, and ensure data security across our platforms.


    Areas of Accountability:
    Collaborate with Vertical leaders and Salesforce admins to develop SOPs for setting up Hubspot workflows, forms and landing pages. Ensure existing workflows adhere to best practice.
    Implement reporting in HubSpot to track marketing performance metrics (no data analysis required).
    Design and build automated workflows within HubSpot to support marketing campaigns
    Set up Campaigns and UTM parameters for Campaign tracking
    Manage Campaign setup and execution in Hubspot based on marketing creative briefs
    Work with IT partners to maintain integrations between marketing platforms like GoToWebinar and Hubspot
    Own Martech stack and access levels
    Ensure proper functionality of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report leads.
    Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign tracking and lead flow/score management.
    Assist with the implementation of new marketing tools and processes
    Manage marketing data, including segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment.
    Collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and improve conversion rates.

    Competencies for Success

    Hubspot Marketing Software Certification
    Experience with Business units in Hubspot a plus
    Salesforce Associate Certification
    2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
    Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce
    Experience with building automated workflows and reporting dashboards
    Understanding of marketing campaign measurement and attribution
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Asana Project Management

    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required


    COMPENSATION:
    We offer a competitive total rewards package to including a strong base salary, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)

    At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $60,150-$70,000for this position.
