Operations Analyst III

_Contingent upon Contract Award _

Purpose:

Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a
Operations Analyst III **who will be key in providing technical support to NAVWAR.

-
Located in San Diego, CA

Responsible for development, review and publishing of architectures, standards, competency development models, training program documentation, manpower analysis (analysis, metrics and projections) policy and processes to ensure consistency among tightly coupled work products.
Development engineering processes for the enterprise and link them to the system specific system engineering processes
Assess program management activities managing cost, schedule and performance, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

Must have Master of Science from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline, business, political science, or contracts and at least 8 years of experience. In Lieu of Masters degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree with additional years of experience will suffice.
Must have at least 8 years of experience with the design, development and execution of strategic plans, communication plans, and management for defense acquisition programs
Must have at least 8 years years of experience with the development, review and publishing of architectures, standards, competency development models, training program documentation, manpower analysis (analysis, metrics and projections) policy and processes to ensure consistency among tightly coupled work products.
Must have at least 6 years of experience with the development of reports, plans, summaries and/or briefings for defense acquisition programs
Must have at least 6years of experience with development engineering processes for the enterprise and link them to the system specific system engineering processes.
Must have at least 8 years years of experience with program management activities managing cost, schedule and performance, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Security Requirements:

Must have a Secret level security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret level security clearance with access to SCI if needed.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel
