    Description

    Status Jet is actively seeking an ExecutiveAssistant to assist the Sales Executive team. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining the high level of service that Status Jet customers have come to expect.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Communication

    • Act as a liaison between clients and Sales Executives, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
    • Respond to client inquiries, providing information on available private jet options, pricing, and other relevant details.

    Booking Coordination

    • Assist Sales Executives in the booking process, including drafting charter agreements and coordinating flight details.
    • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution of charter flights.

    Documentation and Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate and up to date records of client interactions, charter agreements and flight details.
    • Prepare and organize necessary documentation for each charter, including passenger lists and flight itineraries.

    Market Research

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market demands to support Sales Executives in developing effective sales strategies,
    • Provide regular updates on market conditions and customer preferences.

    Sales Support

    • Generate sales reports and analytics to assist Sales Executives in evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and support sales campaigns.

    Calendar Management

    • Assist with managing calendars for the CEO and Sales Executives, schedule meetings, calls and appointments to optimize their time and productivity.

    Problem Resolution

    • Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to challenges that may arise during the charter process.

    Travel Coordination

    • Assist clients with travel related requests such as ground transportation and catering arrangements.

    Intuit/QuickBooks

    • Oversee the integration of tax data into QuickBooks software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the aviation or luxury service industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of the private jet charter industry and aviation regulations is a plus.

    Work Schedule: Status Jet operates 24/7 to cater to our clients' needs, which means this role requires flexibility in working hours. You will be expected to work on-call on certain nights, weekends, and holidays, with the schedule adjusted as needed to accommodate operational demands.

    Compensation: This position offers a salaried pay structure, with additional bonuses based on individual performance and achievement of company goals along with 401k and health plan benefits.
