Our team is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping families create millions, if not billions of tiny wins.SUMMARYCoordinate fulfillment of sales presentations, account line reviews and account specific trade shows. Fulfill assignments in support of ongoing account management activities by managing various reporting, maintenance and execution projects. The Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with Account Managers, other Sales leaders, and cross-functionally with other departments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Complete customer set-up sheets/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests - as needed by accountSchedule and manage Account Planning Meetings.
Upload images and content on retailer portalsRegularly check customer websites for correct images, logos, specifications and report and amend discrepancies as requiredRespond to ad hoc retailer requests for hi res images, dimensions, battery info etcComplete Head to Head product comparisons where necessaryPrepare presentations needed for sales calls, trade shows, mail-ins, customer follow up and internal meetings related to specific accounts.
This includes:
Compile presentation sell sheets.
Request any samples, prototypes and collateral material requested for above events.
Manage call collateral and other requested support material by submitting requests on the Collateral Tracker and/or Requester found on the Marketing Portal and following up with personnel responsible for deliverables.
Submit sample request for in stock samples and work with Product Managers and Brand Managers for acquisition of updated prototypes, samples, and product information as needed for web content, catalog, and account maintenance by retailer.
Track all shipments and provide tracking data to sales manager/customer as applicable.Assist sales manager with retail monitoring.
This includes:
Maintaining Retail LandscapesRegular Retail VisitsUpdating Internal Retail Information Detailing All Items at Retail Within Our Respective CategoriesInternal Reporting (photos and detail) of any significant changes or events in storesCoordinate efforts at local stores to ensure correct execution of modularsManage any special projects assigned by Account Manager as needed to support growth and management of accounts.
Ensure showroom is fully stocked and dressed appropriately for customer meetingsAssist with Miscellaneous office tasksCoordinate trade fairs where Kids II is representing their brands- coordinate with suppliers and vendors and arrange samples and travel arrangement for all tradeshow members of Kids II.Other duties and responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE1-2 years Previous sales support experience is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects from beginning to endEDUCATION & SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experienceCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNone requiredCOMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLSMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ExcelPHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
