The

Sales Coordinator

will serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts, facilitating all inside sales functions. Primarily providing quotations and order acknowledgements for Pulp & Energy Field Services products, and general customer support.

Receive customer inquiries for start-ups, commission, and condition assessment services through direct communication or through the sales personnel.
Identify specific parts utilizing Valmet documentation systems.

Provide technical applications and customer quotations in addition to order acknowledgements for proposal development requests for upgrade and rebuild projects.

Provide procedure development, data monitoring and reporting.

Requirements Associate degree from a two-year college in business or engineering or related field; 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience We Offer Valmet employees enjoy a competitive wage and a benefits package that includes a company funded pension plan, 401k with company match.
