    Job Summary

    Provides professional accounting expertise to ensure that transactions of the Company's operations are accurately recorded, analyzed, and reported in a timely, cost-effective manner in accordance with U.S.

    generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and in compliance with regulatory, state and federal requirements.
    Essential Functions
    Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.
    Prepare journal entry support, workpapers and financial statement disclosures.
    Perform variance and metrics analyses.
    Draft and operationalize accounting policies.
    Perform technical accounting research prepared accounting memos.
    Respond to internal and external requests for information.
    Prepare audit schedules for external audits.

    Participates on and/or leads cross functional project teams involved in the design, development, testing and implementation of automated systems, reengineering of processes, or implementation of new requirements and systems.

    Must demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures, and take all required training courses.

    Other duties as assigned.
    Education/Certification/Experience
    Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university.
    Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance work experience.
    Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics
    A solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

    Able to take direction and work with close attention to detail, in a highly accurate manner to produce complete and timely work.

    Able to motivate self, perform duties, accomplish tasks and achieve goals independently or with minimal supervision including self-directed learning.
    Ability to organize data in a manner that produces easy to understand workpapers.
    Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks concurrently and respond flexibly to changing work priorities.

    Able to demonstrate and apply proficiency in the use of personal computers and their business applications, including Endur, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

    Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departmental, organizational and functional lines to achieve results while maintaining a high level of independence.

    Physical Requirements
    Able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, utilizing clear and concise language.

    Capable of operating a personal computer, whether it is a desktop or laptop, for extended periods of time to create, compose, and review documents and spreadsheets.

    Able to reach, grasp, and manipulate items necessary to perform job tasks.
    Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time as required by job responsibilities.

    Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

    Working Conditions

    Able to work in a fast-paced office environment with a high-volume workload, including the possibility of working beyond standard hours and on nights/weekends to meet deadlines.
