We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Levitate platform and integrations with external partner APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and improving existing software
Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering to improve supportability of the product and the overall customer experience
Contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
Qualifications
4+ years of technical support experience
Experience reading and/or debugging code
Experience using HTTP APIs
SQL or other database querying experience. Document databases is a plus
Able to learn new technologies and techniques
Works well in a collaborative environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with logging and metrics tooling
