    Position Overview:

    Waave Mobility Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also possesses hands-on skills to build a new website and manage our social media presence effectively. Additional design skills preferred.

    This is a full-time hybrid role located in New York, NY with flexibility for remote work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Marketing Strategy:

    Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote Waave Mobility Inc. in the competitive rideshare and taxi market.

    Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

    2. Website Development:

    Spearhead the creation of a new company website, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and effectively communicates our value proposition.

    Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and functionality.

    3. Social Media Management:

    Manage and grow Waave Mobility Inc.'s presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

    Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

    4. Content Creation:

    Develop high-quality, impactful content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.

    5. Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement.

    Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

    6. Experience with UI/UX design

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

    Demonstrated ability to create and launch a new website.

    Proficient in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

    Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

    -Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
