- Develops and manages the PBB Cross-Platform Information System for Production and Network Engineering

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. By constantly monitoring performance metrics and analyzing data trends, they identify opportunities for further optimization
- Conducts market research and interviews cross-functional teams to gather data and answer key questions. Collaborates to develop action plans to achieve measurable improvements across various departments, such as implementing modern technologies, revising standard operating procedures (SOPs), or providing training to enhance employee skills
- Adheres to all internal processes to ensure the information is captured and that the workflow is executed accurately and within outlined service level objectives
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 6+ years previous experience in IT, Network Operations, 10+ years' experience in Analyst role
- ITIL, HDM, Six Sigma and PMP Certifications a plus
- Must have excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices, strong customer service and documentation skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to a broad audience
- Strong analytic and product management skills are needed, as is the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Leadership skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and be decisive under pressure
- Ability to identify structural, technical, and procedural shortcomings and suggest and implement improvements
- Ability to work on multiple projects effectively and efficiently, both independently and collaboratively with a team
