Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst you'll play a key role in optimizing operations across systems management, business analytics, client onboarding/off-boarding, and IT support.

You'll oversee critical business systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. Collaborating with leadership, you'll drive strategic reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring data integrity and facilitating client onboarding/off-boarding processes. Your role extends to serving as the internal IT point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and proactive support.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

SystemsManage and monitor assigned company systems, including but not limited to Karbon, Cognito, Ignition, and Defender; Evaluate future systems, and fit with existing infrastructureIdentify opportunities for further integration and more efficient use of existing systemsManage user access to internal systems (Outlook, Karbon, Adobe, QBO, Axcess, SurePrep, etc...)Business AnalyticsWork with firm leadership to develop firm reporting and analytics, including selection and implementation of tools required to achieve objectivesParticipate in process to identify best way to source data for analysisInsure data integrity between systemsManagement of monthly internal reporting process (once established)Client Onboarding / Off-boardingInitiate client onboarding process upon proposal acceptanceAssign Client IDs to clients as they are onboarded; ensure Client IDs are input into key systems and ensure information is accurate and consistent across all assigned systems.

(Karbon, Ignition, QBO, Axcess and others)Create and manage Sharepoint folders for clients.

IT SupportInternal point of contact for IT related matters; escalate to IT partner as neededManage IT equipment inventory and storage, including laptops, monitors, cables, etc.

Provide IT support for onboarding and off-boarding employees e.g. order new equipment, wipe and restore equipment, etc.
Monitor email Defender and quarantine folder for false quarantined messages.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plusBasic accounting knowledge is a plusComfortable with technology and learning new software applications, such as business analytics, workflow software and CRMsPossess a strong process orientationExperience with database and data management preferredPrevious experience in a similar role working for a professional services firm is preferred but not requiredDependable with a professional demeanorStrong attention to detail and focus on accuracyExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multitaskExcellent phone, written, and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent proofreading, grammar, and punctuation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAdditional InformationWe offer competitive compensation packages, health benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
