Job DescriptionPerforms diverse administrative duties for the PSO program in Federal Protective services ,Region 10 primarily for
Supervisory Contract Management Analyst, PSO Program Manager and Contracting Officer
Representatives in the Department of Homeland Defense (DHS).
Key responsibilities include: compiling statistical and PSO information and providing
communication with all levels of FPS Region 10 Management to gather and convey
information.
Required skills or abilities:
Possesses and demonstrates advanced proficiency and competence in computer skills,
specifically in Microsoft Windows office programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio
and PowerPoint) along with competence in Adobe programs, and has the ability to learn and
become proficient in various computer programs. Capable of operating routine office
equipment, such as scanners, copy machines, fax machines and other miscellaneous office equipment.
