- Invoice Management: Process and verify incoming invoices, prepare payment batches, and ensure timely payment to vendors in line with company policies and deadlines.
- Payment Collection: Issue accurate invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely receipt of funds, maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
- Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including entering data into accounting software, and help in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Customer and Vendor Interaction: Communicate with customers and vendors to address inquiries, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive business relationships.
