Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
- Processes billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile expenses for the Sales Team through Concur Expense System
- Manage Coop Reimbursement Process
- Process payments and sales taxes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Maintain adherence to federal, state and local legal requirements by keeping up to date on filing reports, and advising management on needed actions
- Maintain and order inventory
- Assist with organizing special events and functions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in financial concepts, billing, debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with financial report writing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
