Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate financial records using Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
  • Processes billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile expenses for the Sales Team through Concur Expense System
  • Manage Coop Reimbursement Process
  • Process payments and sales taxes
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Maintain adherence to federal, state and local legal requirements by keeping up to date on filing reports, and advising management on needed actions
  • Maintain and order inventory
  • Assist with organizing special events and functions

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in financial concepts, billing, debits, credits, and account reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting
  • Familiarity with financial report writing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
