    Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our teamYou will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records,helping with preparing pay applications, change orders and new project bid forms for our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Computeand record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties
    • Phone Answering
    • Assist Project Manager & Estimator

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
