    Business Development Manager


    position is currently based out of our location in Brockton MA, we will be moving to a more modern facility in Stoughton MA by year end.


    Job Summary:


    Drive new business growth in assigned markets (or regions), establishing a beachhead in new segments while securing market leadership in our more established segments.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Bring product, technology, and market expertise externally to our customer base and internally to our team.
    Understand price, cost, and margin dynamics and leverage them to take market share from competition.
    Establish strong business relationships at key accounts and target accounts with key decision makers and technology leaders.
    Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services.
    Skills/Qualifications


    Needed:
    Demonstrated record of success creating new business in a sales or marketing role.
    Experience selling or marketing of electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
    Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
    Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    Ability to travel globally (up to 50%).

    Desired Skills:
    Contract review.
    Marketing such as creating press releases or product brochures.
    pricing/costing experience.
