As the Budget Analyst, you will work in an office based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Responsibilities:

Provide analytical and reconciliation support in the preparation of budget and budget modification;
Assist management in documenting and forecasting revenue and expenses;
Communicate and collaborate proactively with all levels of management to analyze revenue and expenses;
Share knowledge and communicate analysis progress and issues as needed;
Analyze financial information , make journal entries and determine the most effective means of handling accounting transactions;
Participate in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports which accurately reflect the financial position of the agency;
Prepare and update annual budget templates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Accounting or Finance;
Two (2) years' experience working in accounting or financial forecasting skills preferred;
Excellent customer service skills;
Proficient in MS Excel, including multiple worksheet files and macros; and word processing software
Valid Driver's License required.
