Job Summary

Core Responsibilities- Own all aspects of Comcast Business brand strategy including, but not limited to, long-term strategic vision, annual brand plan, and on-going strategic initiatives and activations

  • Drive research and insights annual plan inclusive of ongoing tracking and research as well as a businessdriven learning agenda
  • Leverage deep understanding of macro trends in business and culture as well as industry news, competitive dynamics, and audience insights to drive strategic direction and initiatives
  • Bring in innovative, bestinclass partners in order to advance all brand and research programs
  • Lead key strategic and creative projects for Comcast Business brand aimed at defining and activating our brand purpose, identity, architecture, and purposedriven actions
  • Develop and own key messaging architecture for Comcast Business across all segments and verticals; work with crossfunctional team to enable adherence to brand messaging hierarchy
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration across teams and enable the organization to embrace all elements of brand strategy and research
  • Act as a brand steward within organization educating and empowering others to build and leverage the Comcast Business brand in meaningful ways
  • Work with members of other teams within Marketing as well as Product Management, Sales, HR, Internal Communications, & others to bring business initiatives to life in a way befitting our brand
  • Manage agency relationships from a day to day perspective as well as through annual planning and scoping process
