Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and partner with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure all programs and assets are aligned with company objectives and program calendars
  • Review, provide feedback and guidance to internal and external stakeholders through all marketing campaign development initiatives
  • Manage daytoday relationship with U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Properties, NBC Olympic Team and other vendors as needed
  • Lead development of National Governing Body partnership plans and execute endtoend deliverables from advertising creative to hospitality programs
  • Support individual athlete partnerships and integration throughout marketing, advertising, appearance opportunities, etc.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of social media and continuously develops new skills in the rapidly changing trends/technologies; possesses the confidence to assist the organization as an internal expert and lead neverbeendonebefore initiatives
  • Integrate the brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company
  • Coordinate with agency partners to secure various thirdparty approvals for marketing materials going to market
  • Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements
  • Review, provide feedback and approve USOPC and NGB assets incorporating the brand
  • Develop plans and timelines for event coordination and execution
  • Support all program needs as requested, including planning and measurement
  • Analyze performance and share learnings to improve performance against KPIs; ability to develop and present executive summary reports from various campaign specific reports and sources
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Agency management experience and proven ability to inspire agency performance
  • Experience and ability to excel in a large, fastpaced, complex environment
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver results
  • Proven selfstarter that is willing to take initiative, make decisions and handle various management styles
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to demonstrate consumerfirst mentality
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies; has an understanding of the creative development process a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Comfortable working nights/weekends as needed
