THE PLAYERS offers Comcast Business an impressive stage to demonstrate who we are as a brand, build customer relationships, and activate in a brand-driven, high-impact way.

Given the complexity of this program as well as our opportunity build our approach moving forward, we are looking for a Manager to be focused on this program and sit at the center of our activation planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly visible, business-critical brand activity that has room to grow and evolve over the near-term.

We are looking for someone who is a big thinker but also incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and effective in driving results and projects in a cross-functional way.

The Manager will be responsible for driving all elements of our PLAYERS program strategy and execution in partnership with a highly cross-functional team across Commercial Marketing, Brand, Media, Sales, Product, and others.

We are looking for someone who can evolve our program strategy and also tie it into our broader PGA TOUR partnership and plans in order to "make 1+1=3" and deliver impactful brand and business results.

This person will be expected to work as a collaborative partner with partners across Comcast Business and Comcast as well as with agency partners, PGA TOUR team members, and others so ability to drive a team and move work forward with clarity is key.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Define annual PLAYERS program strategy based on overall Comcast Business objectives and Comcast landscape work to ensure PLAYERS is an impactful part of overall Experiential & Events plan and maximizes PGA TOUR partnership value
  • Work with crossfunctional team in order to deliver all components of PLAYERS program including but not limited to audience planning, onsite programming, planning, and logistics, executive engagement strategy, and measurement planning
  • Lead crossfunctional team responsible for all elements of activation plan onsite and in paid media amplification (i.e., advertising, communications, media)
  • Manage program budget in close partnership with agencies and internal teams demonstrate strong business judgement and attention to detail
  • Provide clear visibility of program status at all levels of the organization

Required leadership skills:


  • Strong, strategic vision and great brand sensibility
  • Experience in golf, B2B, and event management experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of big thinking but also getting things done in an efficient manner
  • Impeccable communications skills situational awareness and strong executive presence
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle highstress situations, and operate with confidence in any situation
  • Champions diverse perspectives and works to bring unique, inclusive thinking into all that we do
  • Highly collaborative leader able to work across teams and motivate and influence others
  • Proven project manager and leader able to allocate and reallocate resources in a fluid manner
