- Generate and implement new initiatives to achieve sales & profitability targets.
- Work collaboratively within the organization to ensure execution of key initiatives that lead to increased market share and profitability across all brands.
- Build and expand relationships with key distributors/operators; proactively advance the companys reputation as a strong partner to grow fragrance categories with our brands through development (spaces and locations, promotions, investments, etc.), special programs and sharp pricing.
- Propose and follow Budget/P&L/POSM/A&P/Price Structure at customer level.
- Research market intelligence. Gather market information related to the industry for main markets (market size, distribution, pricing, launch results, rankings) and ability to make recommendations.
- Identify new areas of business opportunities beyond current organizational thinking. Drive the development and execution of long-term strategies to increase business.
- 3+ years experience in international sales and distribution within Fragrance/Cosmetic/Luxury industries.
- Previous Export Agent working experience in the Latin America markets.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or International trade.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, well organized, proactive.
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Results-oriented and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Travel frequently expected: up to 50%.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.

Our growing company is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop Interparfums portfolio of fragrances through a network of distributors in Latin America.
This Area Manager will build projections from the ground up and deliver a strong sales number, staying within budget constraints and brands' image. This individual would work well in a team environment and be able to collaborate with all departments. We are looking for a creative risk taker with a passion to build, expand our business.
We are seeking an individual with a strong sales background in the Beauty or Luxury Goods industry, with a proven track record of driving growth for Latin America markets and managing large revenue/volume in a multi-brand environment.
This role is based out of Miami, FL, with up to 50% travel to Latin America.
