We wish to link to our team, professional in accounting, with minimum experience of 4 years as an ACCOUNTING ANALYST, with knowledge in the different processes of the area, with domain of DYNAMICS ERP, Quikbooks, Office (advanced Excel) and Google Tools, who will be in charge of performing the administrative, accounting and financial operations of the company at LATAM level.


Actividades a realizar:

  • Perform the registration of invoices and supplier payments in ERP, as well as bank obligations in the corresponding databases.
  • Register electronic invoicing of sales in ERP or database.
  • Support in the registration of accounting operations in the company's accounting system.
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports
  • Maintain archiving and custody of invoices
  • Follow up on invoices receivable and monitor accounts payable
  • Receive and post invoices issued by vendors.
  • Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
  • Manage employee salaries.
  • Maintain financial data in databases.
  • Receive, record and store products delivered to the office.
  • Other duties and activities as may be considered for the fulfillment of the objectives of the position, assigned by your immediate boss.
