    Description

    Job Opportunity: Bilingual Branch Manager

    Fastemps is looking for a Bilingual Branch Manager to join the team at their Los Angeles branch. This role offers a great chance to be part of a well-established branch with the support of a growing national staffing agency. It's a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.

    • Hire, train, and lead recruiters
    • Develop processes and strategies for recruitment to meet client demands
    • Collaborate closely with Sales to attract new clients and ensure exceptional service
    • Handle and resolve customer service issues
    • Maintain regular contact with clients through calls and meetings
    • Explore and secure new clients
    • Occasional travel within the area to attend job fairs, client meetings, and onsite locations

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of management experience in Staffing
    • Ability to lead a team, a strong drive for success, and a passion for career growth and company development
    • Fluency in Spanish

    Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with a bonus structure in place.
