    Description

    Position:

    • 3-8 year attorney - commercial/business litigation – onsite

    Billables: "We do not have a billable hour requirement. We believe that tends to result in some people feeling they need to use a "heavy pencil" for that purpose. Our outlook is that we expect our employees to be busy and productive the majority of the time, and to let us know if they are TOO busy or if they don't have enough work to keep them busy for an approximate 8 hour day. Also, given that there is a litigation component here, there are also times where longer days or evenings/weekends will need to be worked, so we like to be up front about that as well."

    Work Type: Onsite position

    Interview process:

    • 1st interview: Zoom with (firm administrator)
    • 2nd: in person with two main partners
    • 3rd- meet associates

    Compensation salary range: k

    Bonus Structure: Generous annual bonus - if the firm does well everyone does well approach

    Benefits:
