As part of the Marketing team, this position will be primarily responsible for coordinating all social media channels as it relates to Vibee events and campaigns.
As well as email marketing campaigns. This is not a remote position.RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and execute all social media channels as it relates to Vibee events and campaignsPartner closely with Senior Marketing Manager to create and manage social calendarInitiate requests and track social assetsFacilitate campaign creation, monitor performance and optimize ads to ensure efficiencyProduce and monitor all social posts - either internally or with event stakeholdersCollaborate on social media and content strategy / execution to build and continually expand reach and engagementParnter closely with Senior Marketing Manager to employ marketing strategies / tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaignsMaintain current knowledge on new products and technologies.
Build and monitor all email marketing campaigns and databases for Vibee events, using campaign platforms and tools, including but not limited to Attentive, Hive, Send Grid and others.
Parnter closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on tracking all deliverablesBrainstorm with VP Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Vibee team on creative content and new channels for reaching our audienceLiaise with partners (i.e., festival teams) for social marketing integration and cooperationMonitor trends and new opportunities for fan engagement and messaging our offeringsLiaise with press teams on press releases and publicity campaignsParnter closely with the CX team and manage social media customer interactionsReview payments/spend/advertising campaign budgets and review ad spend budgets for accuracy including management of social media strategy budgetPartner closely with 3rd party marketing teams to insure consistent and collaborative campaignsMaintain project management and other communication tools related to the eventCollaborate and maintain on all departmental project management systems and other communication tools related to each marketing campaign or internal operationsFlexibility to perform other job-related duties as requiredOther special projects, team members and tasks as assigned as neededSupport hiring and onboarding of various team membersSome travel may be required (economy)QUALIFICATIONS2+ years working in Marketing with a Bachelor's degree being considered an assetExceptional advertising and organizational skillsMust be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externallyProven to perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyA positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretionAbility to work evenings & weekends as requiredAbility to travel for events both domestically and internationallyPossess a valid passportStrong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Docs and SheetsMust be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and smallWORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environmentsMay work in drastic temperature climates working onsite at our eventsMust be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlinesMust be willing to travel extensively both domestically and abroadMust have a current passport and be able to travel worldwide without restrictionMust be able to continuously stand or walkMust be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequentlyMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionallyMay occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfacesMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels in the work environmentApplicants for employment in the U.S.

Hiring Salary Range for Las Vegas, NV:
$64, $73,000.00 USDHiring Salary Range for Los Angeles, & Calabasas, CA: $66, $75,000.00 USDPlease note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law. It is estimated based on what a successful California applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California. Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Vibee takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
