We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to drive our strategic and creative communication efforts across all customer touchpoints in Rio and LA - from sales pitches and customer onboarding to website content and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a contentdriven, digital marketing strategy to promote growth and increase brand awareness
  • Take ownership of our communication strategy and creatively implement it
  • Create engaging content and establish effective distribution channels, while monitoring performance
  • Collaborate with partners to coordinate joint activities and campaigns
  • Support the team in important industry events, such as keynotes, fairs, and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or sustainability field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a designrelated discipline
  • Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and ability to effectively communicate complex topics
  • Experience in creating B2B communication materials and presentations, with examples or references to share
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal) and a good sense of humor
