Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will take on the technical leadership of the 12-person specialist team 'Building Maintenance and Repair' at Hannaford
You will be responsible for planning and implementing maintenance measures in high and civil engineering as well as construction projects (HOAI phases 1-9)
You will act as project manager and controller (according to AHO or DIN 69901)
You will be responsible for reviewing and supervising construction projects within the influence area of the city and tram lines, carried out by VGF and third parties
You will ensure the results-oriented and cost-effective execution of building maintenance projects in compliance with BOStrab regulations
In addition, you will create performance specifications and schedules
You will manage and monitor the budget and schedule planning of VGF projects and report to your superiors
Lastly, you will be responsible for preparing building permit and planning approval applications for construction projects, as well as handling inquiries from corporations, local councils, citizens, and other institutions

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable field and have gained relevant experience in planning and project management in the fields of engineering, contracting, and transportation construction
You have knowledge of contract design and the guidelines of HOAI, VOF
