Job Overview

Responsibilities

Maintain robust customer relations by communicating effectively regarding the receipt of support tickets, anticipated resolution timelines, and followup actions.
Collaborate closely with clients to pinpoint and address technical issues related to their websites.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve straightforward technical issues promptly.
Work in tandem with the development team to ensure swift and efficient issue resolution.
Translate complex technical details into easytounderstand terms for nontechnical clients.
Manage and prioritize tasks effectively within project management software to ensure timely issue resolution.
Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the strategy development for technical support.
Oversee the daytoday operations of a remote Technical Support Team across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

Proven background in web developer technical support or a similar role.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management systems.
Solid experience with WordPress or Shopify, with a deep understanding of HTML and CSS.
Previous experience with eCommerce platforms is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Keen attention to detail with strong problemsolving skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
