    Wir suchen Verstrkung im Bereich Marketing & Communication. Hier warten folgende spannende Aufgaben auf Sie:
    **Jobprofil:**
    * Interne und externe Schnittstellenfunktion zur Erarbeitung von CRM-Manahmen und Verantwortung der bergreifenden Analyse und dem Management der gesamten CRM Marketingaktivitten und dem Lifecycle Management ber alle Customer-Touchpoints hinweg
    * Entwicklung sowie Betreuung von bergreifenden CRM-Strategien, -Innovationen, -Prozessen und -Applikationen samt Implementierung neuer Leadgenerierungsanstze mit Blick auf die spezifischen Anforderungen aus den Lndern
    * Weiterentwicklung der technischen Systemlandschaft und ganzheitlichen Marketing Automation Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit inhouse Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern sowie Analyse und Optimierung aller User-Flows zur Sicherung einer bestmglichen Customer Journey
    * Erstellung von Zielgruppendefinitionen sowie Durchfhrung von Customer Journey Workshops mit dem Ziel der Evaluierung von Kundendaten und Ableitungen auf die Usability
    * Tracking, Analyse und Reporting von CRM-Kennzahlen inkl. der Erstellung von Benchmarks und Ableitung von datengesttzten Handlungsempfehlungen samt Betreuung des Permissionmanagements inkl. Sicherstellung DSGVO-konformer Kundenkommunikation
    **Anforderungsprofil:**
    * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM mit den Schwerpunkten Marketing Automation oder E-Mail-Marketing
    * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, starke Kommunikations- und Prsentationsfhigkeiten, Kundenorientierung sowie eine Cross-Marketing-orientierte Denkweise
    * Tiefes Verstndnis fr CRM-Prozesse sowie Freude an Prozessoptimierung
    * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
    * Gespr und schnelle Auffassungsgabe fr technische Lsungen und der Abbildung fachlicher Anforderungen
    * Hands-on-Mentalitt mit hohem Ma an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
    * Teamplayer und Lust mit uns gemeinsam zu wachsen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
    * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
