    Description

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in solar and storage asset operations and management, including land management and 3rd party O&M management.
    • Prior experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) operations is required.
    • Experience managing utility-scale projects in California and other RTOs is preferred.
    • Experience in operating merchant energy projects is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Day Ahead scheduling is required.
    • Prior experience or knowledge of CAISO and WECC region operations is preferred.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Lead, train, and manage personnel within the renewable energy operations team, including but not limited to Operations Manager, Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant.
    • Foster positive relationships with corporate support departments.
    • Establish objectives, assess performance, and conduct interim and annual performance evaluations of direct reports.
    • Fulfill supervisory duties in adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, task allocation, performance evaluation, recognition, mentoring, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
