- Identify and develop advisory health care providers for the VR clinical training and DTx productions.
- Identify and develop business partners for production, sales, and operations for VR clinical productions.
- Develop and execute VR clinical production plans, facilitate communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders, and provide regular project updates and progress reports.
- Evaluate and develop market landscapes to better understand competitive dynamics and growth potential.
- Provide support for US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) application procedures.
- Regular biweekly online meetings with the Tokyo headquarters.
- Perform additional duties as specified in the agreement beyond the above responsibilities.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial strategies, business development, and/or commercial functions.
- Experience within the healthcare or tech industry, such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, digital health, or clinical technology.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, medicine, or related disciplines.
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred.
- Extensive relationships in the pharmaceutical industry are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking: the ability to analyze complex environments to identify growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel about 10% of the time in a postpandemic environment.
