    Job Description
    MBK Senior Living is hiring for their Corporate Director of Marketing based at their home office in Irvine, CA

    Salary ranges from $150, ,000
    Hybrid work schedule, three days in office, two day remote.

    Job Summary:

    As a key member of the Sales & Marketing and Communications department, the Corporate Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to support fully integrated marketing and communications plans.


    Essential Job Duties:

    • Assists in the development of integrated marketing and communications plans and strategies to support organizational goals and objectives to effectively position the organization as the senior living provider of choice.
    • Produces, manages and integrates consistent messaging standards across all marketing and communications collateral; provides exceptional, highlevel writing, proofreading and editing expertise
    • Produces and manages direct engagement strategies utilizing integrated online and offline marketing and communications, including social media, to increase awareness and support of key internal and external strategies.
    • Develops and maintains a strong and productive relationship with internal and external partners
    • Develops and implements marketing and communications strategic reports that ensures timely organizational delivery of communications
    • Support and enhance the company's marketing efforts by focusing on how to utilize and improve processes, platforms, and tools that enable efficient and effective marketing activities

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to work in a fast paced, highenergy environment and be a proactive communicator
    • Experience managing a budget and external vendors.
    • Experience working at both tactical and strategic levels


    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree in business (communications, marketing or related field), MBA preferred
    • 8+ years' experience in technology, or directly related industry, marketing experience
    • 5+ years in a strong leadership/management role
    • Experience managing marketing programs and channel marketing is preferred

    Physical Demands:

    • Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion
    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time
    • Able to move intermittently throughout the work day and between divisions
    • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push up to 20lbs. as necessary
    • Some travel required
