    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in advertising, promotions, and events to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and overseeing the marketing team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and events, to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage and coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
    • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support for successful campaign execution.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on advertising, promotions, and events.
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Creative mindset with a flair for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
    • Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
