About Delaney McCafferty:
My name is Delaney McCafferty & I am 24 years old. I recently moved to VB in the fall to get a little closer to the sun (I’m from the north). The past four years I’ve been working as a waitress while going to school and since moving here have started bartending/managing. I thrive in a fast paced work environment & enjoy working alongside a good team.
Experience
I started waitressing when I was 19 at Longhorn Steakhouse and working there throughout the rest of my college experience. When first starting out as a waitress I was also interning for a non-profit organization called Dine with a Doc; facilitate information, creating marketing templates/ads, and budget sales. Since moving to Virginia I am currently working at Cantina Laredo and have begun bartending and managing.

I have a Bachelor’s in Science from Indiana State University 2022.
