Description

Marketing Manager (MM) is a key role that requires knowledge of, skills to create, and proven ability to execute on targeted marketing plans.

The MG is not only a strategist but also a hands-on creator and executor, someone who revels in being involved in both high-level discussions/strategy as well as detailed execution.

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to create and implement effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.

There may be up to 15% travel required.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Create impactful content that accurately communicates product information and promotes the brand.
  • Direct and execute on various marketing initiatives including creating visual content such as photos, videos, logos, and infographics.
  • Manage and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Draft and distribute press releases; identify and leverage press opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor effective social media strategies.
  • Ensure all messaging and content align with company branding and business objectives.
  • Measure, analyze, and drive growth through various marketing channels.
  • Plan and deliver an integrated strategic vision for marketing.
  • Lead creative marketing campaigns and assist in various marketing activities including content optimization and advertising.
  • Analyze marketing data to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain the company's online presence and manage digital inquiries.
  • Uphold company's brand standards across all communication mediums.
  • Create and edit corporate communications including presentations, newsletters, and media kits.
  • Conduct or manage market research to understand customer behavior and trends.
  • Liaise with external vendors for promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated marketing efforts.
  • Develop and present training materials on marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Manage internal marketing personnel as well as outside contractors.

To be considered you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements and platforms (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media) and marketing research methods
  • Knowledge of HTML, CCS, PHP, WordPress, and web development tools (Preferred not essential)
