Marketing Manager (MM) is a key role that requires knowledge of, skills to create, and proven ability to execute on targeted marketing plans.
The MG is not only a strategist but also a hands-on creator and executor, someone who revels in being involved in both high-level discussions/strategy as well as detailed execution.
This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to create and implement effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.
There may be up to 15% travel required.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Create impactful content that accurately communicates product information and promotes the brand.
- Direct and execute on various marketing initiatives including creating visual content such as photos, videos, logos, and infographics.
- Manage and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Draft and distribute press releases; identify and leverage press opportunities.
- Implement and monitor effective social media strategies.
- Ensure all messaging and content align with company branding and business objectives.
- Measure, analyze, and drive growth through various marketing channels.
- Plan and deliver an integrated strategic vision for marketing.
- Lead creative marketing campaigns and assist in various marketing activities including content optimization and advertising.
- Analyze marketing data to inform future strategies.
- Maintain the company's online presence and manage digital inquiries.
- Uphold company's brand standards across all communication mediums.
- Create and edit corporate communications including presentations, newsletters, and media kits.
- Conduct or manage market research to understand customer behavior and trends.
- Liaise with external vendors for promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated marketing efforts.
- Develop and present training materials on marketing and branding campaigns.
- Manage internal marketing personnel as well as outside contractors.
To be considered you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and platforms (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media) and marketing research methods
- Knowledge of HTML, CCS, PHP, WordPress, and web development tools (Preferred not essential)
