    Main Purpose

    The Senior Account Executive's primary role is to develop new customer pipelines for the Indeed Flex program.

    The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, including developing a list of potential customers, cold calling, conducting discovery meetings, preparing, and delivering solutions presentations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring signature of agreements.

    This role collaborates and interfaces with prospective customers, field support locations, operations team, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful closing of business flows to implementation.

    For this role, you must live in the Houston area.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    Develop new business opportunities through a mix of professional networking methods
    Build a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities within the desired client market
    Using your skill and knowledge of the contingent workforce to self generate leads
    Approaching companies that could benefit from our solutions using outbound calling techniques
    Work with Mid Market teams and marketing as appropriate to promote and convert the sales pipeline
    Leading sales discovery meetings for clients and proposing our solutions.
    Delivering confident, well-researched and individually-tailored sales presentations to prospective client senior management that get the client's attention
    Develop pre-sales materials to i.e. proposals, client presentations and case study documents
    Developing detailed understanding of our customer buyer personas and leveraging that to increase insight into Enterprise client contingent workforce
    Sharing of industry best practices with clients to maximize the value of 's solutions and services
    Understanding the Indeed Flex proposition to a Subject Matter Expert level

    Qualifications And Skills

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a similar field, or equivalent experience
    Strong skills in the use of Google Suite products as well as sales activity systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, HubSpot)
    5 to 10 years of proven sales success w/ Houston Market knowledge
    Sustained track record of success within commercial staffing sector
    Strong experience in solutions selling and presentation skills
    Excellent relationship skills, with ability to develop rapport with internal and external clients.
    Experience in managing complex issues and confidently making decisions with widespread implications
    Proven track record of creative problem solving to meet client business needs while mitigating company risk
    Strong project management and organizational skills, able to set priorities, and be highly responsive to customer requests
    Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic – possesses a strong desire to succeed while always maintaining the highest level of integrity
    Previous work within a staffing company preferred
    Ability to sell nationally a plus

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a hybrid remote/professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties.

    If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment.

    Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.

    The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    Travel

    This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

    All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy.

    It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
