As a Channel Sales Executive you will focus on building relationships within a channel portfolio to accelerate revenue growth. The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for partner recruitment, achieving sales, and profitability.


Role Priorities / Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a portfolio of channel partnerships to accelerate indirect channel sales revenue
  • Build effective relationships with channel partner stakeholders and executives within each channel partner organization
  • Forecast and manage the pipeline of channel partner sales
  • Proactively assess and communicate partner needs on an ongoing basis while managing the involvement of Stallion personnel to meet partner expectations and performance objectives
  • Lead quarterly channel partner progress meetings to develop mutual performance objectives and gotomarket strategies within each partnership
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and manage conflict through excellent communication internally and externally
  • Lead problem solving efforts that address potential partner and enduser issues, while coordinating the involvement of Stallion and partner personnel
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordinated efforts with channel partnership
  • Create partner training and certification programs and partner with marketing to create marketing collateral focused on valuebased selling strategies
  • Collaborate and use Salesforce to manage channel partner deal registration, opportunity creation, and pipeline management
  • Be a Stallion brand ambassador and represent Stallion at industry trade shows and events
  • Ensure customers stay in good payment standings with company.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Track record of success in relationship building, conflict management and business negotiation
  • Successful experience with profitable channel partnership growth
  • Ability to train and develop an indirect sales staff
  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently and on a team.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • A builder mentality with a passion for innovation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Education or Certification:


  • High school diploma or GED. Some college is preferred.
  • Ability to pass background screening and preemployment drug test.

Compensation package:
