    Are you a dynamic Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving sales excellence within the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) space? VAR Sales experience is REQUIRED

    We're seeking a strategic thinker and results-oriented professional to join our team as the Head of Sales. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead revenue generation efforts, mentor sales teams to surpass targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute impactful VAR campaigns.     What's The Job?

    • Drive Revenue Generation: Lead sales efforts to maximize revenue from product and service sales, leveraging your expertise in VAR operations and enterprise IT products.
    • Coach and Support Sales Teams: Provide guidance and support to our sales teams, empowering them to exceed quotas and achieve exceptional performance.
    • Create & Collaborate on VAR Campaigns: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to develop and execute effective VAR campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.
    • Own Internal Reporting: Take ownership of internal reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making at all levels.
    • Develop Sales Compensation Plans: Design and evangelize compelling sales compensation plans that motivate and incentivize our sales force to deliver outstanding results.

    What Skills You Need:

    • 3+ Years Experience REQUIRED in VAR Sales: Proven track record of success in VAR sales roles, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
    • Expertise in VAR Operations and Enterprise IT Products: Deep knowledge of VAR operations and enterprise IT products, enabling you to navigate complex sales environments with ease.
    • Consistent Achievement of KPIs & Quotas: Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas, driving tangible business results.
    • Network of Account Executives (AEs) and Customers: Established network of account executives and customers, facilitating seamless collaboration and expanding our reach in the market.

    Extra Credit:

    • Cybersecurity Experience: Prior experience in the Cybersecurity sector, enhancing your ability to address evolving customer needs and market demands.
    • Experience in Optiv, SHI, Ingram: Familiarity with leading VARs such as Optiv, SHI, and Ingram, demonstrating your industry expertise and network connections.
    • Network of Service Provider Relationships: Extensive network of service provider relationships, enabling strategic partnerships and driving additional revenue opportunities.

    Compensation:

    • $150,000 Base Salary + Commissions
    • Target Salary of $200,000 - $400,000+
    • Full Medical, Dental and Vision
