The Role
A Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in driving revenue growth for their client by identifying and engaging with potential customers, gaining interest, and ultimately helping to expand their client's customer base and drive revenue.
As the first touchpoint in any sales cycle, your day-to-day as an SDR at memoryBlue typically includes:
Training
memoryBlue enables all new SDRs to attend paid Prospecting Principles training that arms you with the tools, skills, and techniques that lead to long-term career success. After completing a 2-day Bootcamp, you and your Academy cohort will spend the next six weeks applying the Principles of Prospecting.
Upon receiving your Prospecting Principles certification you'll continue to receive personal development/training through weekly company-wide training, weekly 1-on-1s with your manager, weekly 1-on-1s with your mentor, and call evaluations with your team throughout your tenure as an SDR.
