    Senior Director, Sales and Marketing

    to continue and strengthen that transformation.

    Reporting to the Company President, this position on our executive team will work closely with multiple stakeholders to execute sales and marketing strategies.

    This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our offices in UT or AR.


    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
    Oversee all aspects of Sales & Marketing

    Develop markets and merchants

    Forecast production and spend budgets

    Build relationships with merchants

    Research new strategies and markets

    Establish and implement department goals

    Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and results


    YOU'LL BRING
    5+ years of experience leading sales and marketing teams

    An understanding of retail, consumer finance, and product marketing is a plus

    High-integrity ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service

    Ability to harmonize and focus multiple stakeholders on working toward a common goal

    Bachelor's degree in either Business or related field is preferred
