    Director of Sales and Marketing

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead weekly team trainings, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge enhancement
    Review sales calls to identify opportunities for improvement and training, driving ongoing team development
    Create a roadmap for improved client acquisition, revenue generation, and market penetration through sales and marketing efforts

    Enhance processes for increased efficiency and team success through lead generation and close percentages
    Educate the team on advanced sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a shared understanding of best practices
    Determine staffing needs and hire new team members as we reach capacity
    Set quarterly and monthly goals for revenue generation and market penetration, driving financial success
    Contribute to company leadership meetings in setting goals and direction for sales and marketing
    Oversee and shape the strategic direction of the sales and marketing team to drive client success and satisfaction

    Develop and mentor sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
    Utilize data analytics to assess team and marketing performance, implementing improvements and innovations


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    5+ years of sales and marketing experience
    5+ years of leadership experience
    Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies
    Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
    Creative problem solver and willing to get scrappy to achieve goals
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
    Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy
    Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Experienced in CRM platforms
    Proficient in Google Suite
