    Role Description:

    • DWG Capital Partners is seeking a talented individual to support the president/broker/principal and his lead team in the role of Real Estate Marketing & Listing Manager, available immediately. In this pivotal position, design plays a crucial role in crafting compelling commercial real estate offering memorandums, flyers, equity offerings, and debt offerings. As a key member of our team, you will orchestrate strategic marketing campaigns to showcase our real estate listings, meticulously curate online portals such as CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi, and conduct comprehensive market research to inform our investment strategies. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with clients and agents, managing client relationships, and overseeing escrow management processes. Proficiency in data aggregation management and a sophisticated approach to marketing are essential as we continue to grow our industrial investment platform and expand into multi-family, retail, and office development sectors. This is a fast-moving industry position, and an ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities is crucial. Some scheduling oversight and greater teamwork with another graphics team member and others is key.

    Qualifications:

    - Extensive experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development within the institutional sector

    - Deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies

    - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data aggregation management

    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse

    - Proven ability to manage client relationships and liaise effectively with stakeholders

    - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field

    - Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management is advantageous

    In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing weekly marketing reports on all our sale, debt, and equity listings, as well as our industrial equity investment offerings. This role also entails managing and updating websites, keeping all social media platforms and LinkedIn updated weekly, distributing flyers through various portals, and handling data aggregation and campaign strategies, including E-blasts and AI bot crawling blast campaigns.
