- Being the first point of contact for all incoming prospective client leads and creating a stellar first impression for every call, and every client.
- Identifying and recording the source of qualified leads to support marketing tracking efforts.
- Managing incoming phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients requesting a consultation with our attorneys.
- Scheduling consultation appointments, including performing conflict checks and intake.
- Entering prospective client information into our client management database system, and creating and organizing online files.
- Mediation scheduling and intake.
- Strong administrative skills
