Our law firm is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals in our Newport Beach office.

We are seeking an individual who is interested in helping people and is a self-starter.

The right candidate will be able to effectively communicate via phone, email and in person, and will also be able to follow up on potential leads and provide information about the services we offer.

3 yrs + working experience in law firm will be a plus.
Candidate should be hard-working and able to work overtime, if necessary (Required)
Candidate with a degree in Law is preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Mandarin.
Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours as needed.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environment
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based research
Ability to interact well and build professional relationships while maintaining a high level of customer service, diplomacy, and discretion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Ability to assess needs, assign priorities, develop strategies and make recommendations when presented with ambiguous or incomplete information
Strong problem solving and analytical skills to make sound decisions, escalating as appropriate
