- Handle 300 to 500 inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Assess and qualify potential customers applying for our financial programs.
- Employ provided scripts and training to address objections and provide comprehensive information adeptly.
- Establish and accomplish goals, adhering to clear expectations and success measurements.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting effective time management.
- Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, engaging in contests, prizes, and team events.
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience or high-volume call exposure (front desk, etc.).
- Ability to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote NOT available).
- Familiarity with requisite technology for lead handling and conversation documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum age of 18 years, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
