    Responsibilities:

    • Handle 300 to 500 inbound and outbound calls daily.
    • Assess and qualify potential customers applying for our financial programs.
    • Employ provided scripts and training to address objections and provide comprehensive information adeptly.
    • Establish and accomplish goals, adhering to clear expectations and success measurements.
    • Thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting effective time management.
    • Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, engaging in contests, prizes, and team events.

    Qualifications:

    • Possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience or high-volume call exposure (front desk, etc.).
    • Ability to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote NOT available).
    • Familiarity with requisite technology for lead handling and conversation documentation.
    • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum age of 18 years, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    Curious about compensation? As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base of 18.00/hr + commission for each lead converted into a new customer.
