Position Responsibilities:

• 
  Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to not only convey information but also to establish rapport and build trust with potential surrogates.
• Sales Background: Leverage your sales expertise to effectively promote our surrogacy program, addressing concerns, and emphasizing the benefits to prospective surrogates.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and positive relationships with potential surrogates, ensuring a supportive experience throughout the intake process.
• Documentation: Oversee the collection and verification of necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including coordinators and support staff, to ensure a seamless intake process.

Experience:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales or customerfacing role.
• Exceptional

Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey information and connect with potential surrogates.

• Experience working in infertility field is a bonus.

Training provided


Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Must be highly motivated to have a high retention of surrogate applicants turning into surrogates with our agency
• Strong communication skills, organized and details oriented
• Friendly & outgoing personality
• Promote and propagate a strong "customer first" attitude
• Positive teamplayer

This role comes with a competitive base pay, further complemented by a rewarding commission structure to align with your goal-oriented approach.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
