    This role is truly a back office/operations role.

    They want somebody who can do data entry, schedule meetings for managers, and manage calendars.

    Someone who has been in banking back office is what they want.

    Work with vendors to provide expense admin/back-office type role.

    Person needs exp using Mac.

    In this hybrid role, you'll work with the Banking Product and Services team and will assist with Operations projects, documentation, process and procedure writing and, in some cases, Internal Monitoring and Training. You will also work with other partners to help with research, compliance tasks, third-party oversight, and issue management. You may also help senior leaders with managing their calendars and meeting schedules, scheduling travel (airlines, hotels, etc.), expense reports, event planning and other team projects as assigned. Excellent written and communication skills are necessary as well as being able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes. Must have strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
